You may return unused, unopened ear candles in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange due to change of mind .

- The item must be unused, undamaged , and in its original sealed packaging .
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery .
- A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used ear candles (for hygiene reasons).
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. How to Return

Step 3: Ship the Item

- You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item was shipped).
- We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked) for proof of postage.
4. Refunds

This means you can request a refund even after our 14-day voluntary return window has expired , as long as the product is defective or was misdescribed.
