1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT are dispatched the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will ship the next business day.

2. UK Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 for reliability.

3. International Shipping

We currently only ship to UK mainland addresses. For orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or Isle of Man, contact us for a custom quote.

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package directly on the Royal Mail website.

5. Delivery Delays

While rare, delays can occur due to Royal Mail strikes, extreme weather, or address errors. We’ll proactively notify you if your order is affected.

6. Late Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver all orders on time. In the rare case of significant delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., Royal Mail strikes), we will notify you by email and work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds are not issued for delays unless otherwise agreed.

7. Return Eligibility Period
